Extending Arm

Piccolo's ability to stretch his arms to great lengths. He first uses this technique at the 23rd Tenka-ichi Budoai to grab Kuririn, catching the small fighter by surprise and reeling him in for a powerful follow up attack. He tries again in a following match against Goku, but has less success.

Though it's not the same move, Majin Buu has a similar ability, except he can stretch virtually any part of his body.

Non-manga usage
In the anime, Piccolo additionally uses this ability while sparring against Yamcha, Tienshinhan and Chaozu on North Kaio's planet to pull Chaozu off of his back and slam him to the ground. After being returned to life, he used it in his battle against Freeza's second form and in the Garlic Jr. Saga. He also uses it in the third, fifth, and sixth Dragon Ball Z movies. In the fourth Dragon Ball Z movie, it is used by Lord Slug as well as Slug's henchman Angira.

The move is integrated into Piccolo's attacks in Dragonball Z: Budokai 3, and is a usable attack of Piccolo's in the Super Butoden series of games.
